The Oakton High School Athletic Boosters (OHSAB or The Boosters) is a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit organization composed of parents, administrators, coaches, and community members who have an interest in supporting and promoting the Oakton High School athletic program. The Boosters:
Fundraise to support the Oakton athletic program (all teams)
Promote school spirit throughout the high school and community at large
Support our student athletes to achieve excellence in academics, athletics and sportsmanship

🔊NEW BOOSTERS Goal: New Stadium Sound System!!!📣
If you have been to any Oakton events in our stadium you know the sound system is dated and unreliable. It is a goal of the Boosters organization, and the Athletic Dept, to fundraise for a new sound system. Instead of the sound coming from the press box the sound would come from the scoreboard and go towards the school. This makes for a clearer sound and allows folks in the stand to hear more clearly. The Athletic Director has requested a sounds truck visit Oakton for two home football games to demonstrate how awesome a new sound system will be! This endeavor will be expensive and might be a two-year fundraising goal. Overall, this project will benefit all events held at our Oakton stadium.
Why are Boosters Needed?
Did you know that activity funding is less than 1% of the FCPS school budget?
FCPS only provides funding for officials, local transportation, helmet reconditioning, staff salaries (coach stipends) and activities office staff.
With HELP FROM Boosters OHS has added
New high school weight room, general team equipment, supplemented uniform needs, Spirit buses, new turf fields, weight room specialists, a wrestling room, a scoreboard and field maintenance.
